The Kattegat

This April 5, 2020 Landsat 8 view of the Kattegat shows water colors modified by phytoplankton, bottom reflections, suspended sediment, and colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM). The CDOM is particularly evident in the dark brown Nissan and Lagan river plumes flowing along the northern half of Laholm Bay. Click on the above image to get a larger version.
