Iran Flood Runoff

Floodwaters from a weekend storm over southeastern Iran flow into the northern Arabian Sea on Monday, January 13, 2020. The suspended sediments carried by the runoff color the normally blue waters bright shades of tan and turquoise instead. Click on the above Landsat 8 image to get a larger version.
