Chairman: G. Feldman
This session will review the current plans for the next reprocessing of SeaWiFS data and present an overview of the results of the analyses that have been carried out to date. The changes we will discuss which have been considered since the last SeaWiFS reprocessing are categorized into three groups The first group includes changes that have either been accepted, or have been shown to produce sufficient benefit that they are very likely to be accepted with further testing and/or refinement. The changes in the second group are still under consideration, and have not yet been shown to produce benefits or lack adverse effects. The third group has already been thoroughly tested, and at their current level of development, have been shown to produce no appreciable benefit.
Some of the topics to be discussed include:
- MOBY stray light correction
