Collection 5 production environment

The switch from collection 4 to collection 5 of the MODIS Aqua production environment is not expected to have an effect on the ocean color products. The changes are summarized here. The change is needed to re-establish compatibility with the radiometric calibration LUTs delivered by MCST.
