It's been a hot summer in Siberia, and the East Siberian Sea showed more color from phytoplankton, suspended sediments, and colored dissolved organic matter than from sea ice on July 20, 2020 when Aqua/MODIS flew over and collected this scene. Click on the above image to get a larger version.
