I would like to derive the IOP from in situ Rrs dataset using GIOP algorithm. Where could I get the GIOP algorithm source code? Thanks

GIOP is included in the l2gen program from the current OCSSW Processing System.  When you install the processing system (using the command-line script or from the SeaDAS 7.1 GUI) there is an option to include the source code.  At one time there were plans to support processing in situ data with l2gen, but I don't know if that work was ever finished or released.
