How near real-time is the near real-time data?

The OBPG  recently switched to a more reliable source of MODIS data than was previously used.  This did have an impact on the data-availability time.
The average lag times are about 12 and 16 hours for MODIS Terra and MODIS Aqua respectively.  The lag between L1A and L2 (quick-look) availability
is about 15-20 minutes.  Refined L2  lags 5-10 days behind the L1A.
