The OCI relative spectral response (RSR) describes the sensitivity of each OCI spectral band to radiance as a function of wavelength. The webpage https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/reprocessing/r2009/sources/

Note that the provided RSR values are model estimates based on system level test data from the red spectrograph of the OCI engineering test
unit and filter transmission data for the SWIR bands. Actual data from the OCI flight unit will be released after they have been acquired, no earlier than spring 2022.
