One of the limiting factors is that GeoEye changes the keys every two weeks, so we can only give the licenses out in two-week blocks. For example, if we give you a license for cruise ends on 12/15/2004, no one else can use this license until 12/22/2004 because that's when the key change is. The end result is that we waste a license for 6 days.

So, in the interest of not wasting licenses we ask that you take the key change schedule into account when you make your requests.
