Minimum command: l1bgen_modis, ifile="ifile", geofile="geofile"
Arguments/Keywords:
| ifile | Input MODIS Aqua or Terra L1A file for generating the L1B file. (Required) |
| geofile | Input MODIS Aqua or Terra Geolocation file for generating the L1B file. (Required) |
| ofile | Output filename for the 1km L1B file. (Optional) |
| filehkm | Output filename for the 500m L1B file. (Optional) |
| fileqkm | Output filename for the 250m L1B file. (Optional) |
| refllutfile | User-specified Reflective LUT file. (Optional) |
| emislutfile | User-specified Emissive LUT file. (Optional) |
| qalutfile | User-specified QA LUT file. (Optional) |
| delete1km | Delete the 1km resolution L1B file. |
| deletehkm | Delete the 500m resolution L1B file. |
| deleteqkm | Delete the 250m resolution L1B file. |
| savelog | Save the Level 1B processing LogStatus file. (The log is deleted by default if processing completes without a fatal error.) |
| wait | A keyword, if not set or a value 0 (default), the command will spawn the program as a background process and come back right away for the next SeaDAS command. Otherwise, if the keyword is set or with a value 1, the command will spawn the program as a foreground job and wait for it to complete before the next SeaDAS command can be executed. |

The main_widget can be accessed by selecting "l1bgen_modis" from the Process -> MODIS pull down menu in SeaDAS main menu or from the command line mode by typing: "l1bgen_modis".Input items:
Input MODIS L1A file The input MODIS L1A file for generating the Aqua or Terra L1B file. (Required) Input Geolocation file The input MODIS Geolocation file for generating the Aqua or Terra L1B file. (Required) Output L1B 1km file Optional output filename for the 1km L1B file. Output L1B 500m file Optional output filename for the 500m L1B file. Output L1B 250m file Optional output filename for the 250m L1B file. Reflective LUT file Optional user-specified Reflective LUT file. This field auto-fills with the default satellite-specific LUT when the user selects an L1A file. (All three LUTS MUST reside in the same directory.) Emissive LUT file Optional user-specified Emissive LUT file. This field auto-fills with the default satellite-specific LUT when the user selects an L1A file. (All three LUTS MUST reside in the same directory.) QA LUT file Optional user-specified QA LUT file. This field auto-fills with the default satellite-specific LUT when the user selects an L1A file. (All three LUTS MUST reside in the same directory.) Retain L1B 1km resolution file? Option to keep/delete the 1km L1B file when processing completes. (Default=keep) Retain L1B 500m resolution file? Option to keep/delete the 500m L1B file when processing completes. (Default=keep) Retain L1B 250m resolution file? Option to keep/delete the 250m L1B file when processing completes. (Default=keep) Make Default buttons These buttons will save the current state of the corresponding option as a default for future SeaDAS sessions. (If SeaDAS is exited after a Make Default action has occurred, SeaDAS must be run in a NEWLY OPENED xterm for the change to take effect.) Select Buttons These buttons display the File Selection Widget for their corresponding input files. Log file The output file name for the processing log file if the user selects Submit. Run To start the l1bgen_modis program. Submit To start and run the l1bgen_modis program as a background process. Help Online help for l1bgen_modis program. Quit To quit this program.
