I'm working with SST and CHL data from MODIS AQUA (L3 mapped - 4 km) in the South Atlantic region. I'm looking for a filter to fill the gaps of cloud covering missing data. Does anybody has a MatLab routine to apply on it? A simple near neighbor mean technique can be useful, or even if you have any other sugestions..?
