Hi,

Because I don't know how to use SEADAS tool, I would like to ask if we can create land_mask for Modis L3m 4km 9km from *LAND_NDVI* files of SeaWiFS 4km and 9km. I mean that I use matlab to read data from NDVI files with resolutions 4km and 9km and mark these data as land mask.

The SMI files (L3m) are in a standard cylindrical projection of a know size.
The navigation of these data can be easily computed.
With this information, Matlab should be able to apply a land mask.
