Dear Sir,

First of all, I would like to send you the best regards and a big thank-you for your kind support so far.
I am writing this e-mail to ask for some clarification of the following matter:
I process  a Modis image from L0 to L2 in the following steps:
                    a.l1agen-modis: L0 to L1A/Geo Processing
                    b.geogen-modis: L1A to Geo Processing
                    c.l1bgen-modis: L1A to L1B Processing
                    d. l1brgen,4      : L1B browse file generation
                    e. l2gen,4          : L1B to L2 Processing
Next, I process the image L3 SMI generation as follows:
                    L2bin   : L2 to L3 binning
                    L3bin   : L3time-binning
                    Smigen : L3 SMI generation
After I have an image L3 SMI generation with the extension hdf (like M20110012011090_smi_SST_mn.hdf),  I convert hdf into l3m by changing the name of the file in Window SP3 (like M20110012011090_smi_SST_mn.L3m).
When I open M20110012011090_smi_SST_mn.L3m via Envi 4.8 the image shifts far away from the original position, but when I open M20110012011090_smi_SST_mn.L3m in Window 7 via Envi 4.8 the image remains the same position with the original image.
I wonder why the image shifts far away from the original position after it is processed?  What can I do to deal with this situation?

Thank you very much for your support.

     Best regards,
      Quang
