hi, i am going to upgrade seadas and i want to know if i have to uninstall the older version first (6.2)? or i can install the newer version without uninstalling the older version??
It is OK to install multiple versions (obviously in separate locations), however, you will need to remove all references to SeaDAS in your shell startup scripts (.bashrc, .cshrc, etc). Then, to use the various versions, you will need to source the appropriate config/seadas.env file.
