In a previous thread, Sean states that SeaDAS 6.3 is nearing an early November release:

Does SeaDAS 6.3 have any changes affecting SeaWiFS L1A-L1B creation e.g calibration, solar spectrum updates?

No. It is primarily a bug fix release, however, as there will be a significant change to the
processing scripts (e.g. getanc, modis_GEO, etc) and a minor reorganization of the directory
structure, the version is bumped, rather than just another update to 6.2.
