no data request order to pick up

i have problem with proccess download data L2 from oceancolor with request via email. i used yahoo mail for request data order. but since 2 days, i got the problem, the data doesn't appear after i repply email from oceancolor that send for me... can i know why? did the oceancolor being maintenance?

If you have trouble with the email confirmation of data orders, you may confirm the order on our website:
