Hi,

When I order extracted MERIS L2 data and specify products like Rrs, POC and CDOM, I only get chlor_a and l2_flags when the file arrives via ftp. Would this be due to some sort of data sharing agreement with ESA, or just trouble with submitting orders?

Dirk,

There was a minor issue with the parameter subsetting for MERIS. We never updated the code to use Rrs, so the extractor was looking for nLw.
As for poc and cdom_index, these are not included in the MERIS L2 products we produce because of a file size limitation of HDF4.

We've updated the extract process to correctly extract Rrs.

Thanks Sean. No worries on the bio-optical models -- I'll be applying my own anyway.
