Dear All,
When I tried to process L1a to L1b script the following messages appears!
modis_L1B.csh: ERROR: One or more of the required LUTs does not exist:
/home/sarat/seadas62/run/var/modisa/cal/OPER/MYD02_Reflective_LUTs.V6.1.7.3_OCb.hdf
/home/sarat/seadas62/run/var/modisa/cal/OPER/MYD02_Emissive_LUTs.V6.1.7.3_OCb.hdf
/home/sarat/seadas62/run/var/modisa/cal/OPER/MYD02_QA_LUTs.V6.1.7.3_OCb.hdf
Could anyone give me insight on this.
Thanks

Did you install the optional package to process MODIS Aqua data (seadas_modisa.tar.gz)?
Even after the install, you should update lookup tables either through the GUI menu or by running $SEADAS/run/scripts/modis_update_luts.csh.
Thank you.
I installed the above file but when tried to update LUT by GUI the following message appears.
modis_update_luts.csh aqua -verbose-http
/home/sarat/seadas62/run/var/modisa/cal/OPER: No such file or directory.
Could you please help me.

It looks like you may have missed a step in the installation. It's probably best to start over. The easiest way is to use the
auto-install tool, which generates a script that installs your selected options.
Be sure to select "Base files required to enable data processing" as well as the "Extra files" needed to process Aqua and any other instruments you want, and to install to a fresh directory.
Hi
when I used the auto installation tool and proceed to the step "source sds6.2_a901e97d.dnld", the following message appears!
Please comment-out all lines which contain the string 'SEADAS' or 'seadas' in your
.bashrc, .bash_profile, .bash_login, and .profile files and re-source this file.
What shall I do?

The next step would be to do as it asks:
Please comment-out all lines which contain the string 'SEADAS' or 'seadas' in your .bashrc, .bash_profile, .bash_login, and .profile files and re-source this file.
Those files would be in your home directory, and are automatically run when you log in. To comment out a line, insert a hash mark "#" as the first character.
sorry I could not find any file of that kind in my home directory!

Files starting with "." are hidden by default. Try:
ls -Al ~
