I search the documentation about SeaWiFS Level-1B products, "Non-Archive Product Specification"

The SeaDAS webpage is outdated.  The document it refers to is no longer available (not sure it ever existed...)
The l1bgen (NOT l1bgen_modis{a,t}) output is very similar to the l2gen output, except that the products are
calibrated TOA radiances.
