hello sir,
          i have installed seadas virtual appliance for windows with version XP and the service pack is SP3. I am able to do the following features. Display image, coast boundary, grid etc. but my aim is to find out chlorophyll data from modis image. which I failed to do. actually the run option is not processing to the next step.

plz help me out of this problem.

Chlorophyll is a default product for the Level 2 processing.  If you load a standard ocean color MODIS L2 file,
you will see the product 'chlor_a'.

If you wish to process MODIS L1 data to L2, you will need to install the processing code and data tree.
