Getting 404s when I try to retrieve files via http. Below is one of the files.

http://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/getfile/MOD00.P2011028.1950_1.PDS.bz2

Try again.  Had a DB deadlock on a ingest.
