Hi,
I am using MODIS Aqua L3 products to analyze the temporal and spatial distributions of chlorophyll. I see only very few pixels have higher chlorophyll values (e.g. one pixel has an value of 73 mg/m3). I am in a confusion whether I have to consider those pixels or not? I am not sure the range of chlorophyll in oceans. Can anybody please give me some information about the chlorophyll in Gulf Of Mexico.
