Hello,

I think I'm confused. I ordered L1A MODISA files on the http://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl?sen=am. I received an email telling me that my files were ready on the ftp server. But I wonder:

1) I thought that the ftp way to download was over and that we needed to use the http server. It's quite confusing for me.
2) The ancillary files are the same that for R2007.For instance, The MET files are different that the new met files for SeaWiFS. Is it normal? I don't understand why the MET files would be new for SeaWiFS and not for MODIS.

Thank you for the help

Cedric,

The change from FTP to HTTP only affected data subscriptions.  You placed a data order.  The HTTP method has not been implemented for those yet.

The program that the order manager uses to match the ancillary data for a granule had not been updated to select the new ancillary data for Aqua.  I have updated it.  Future orders will stage the new ancillary data.  If you would like your current order(s) restaged, please provide the order IDs.

Regards,
john
