I am having trouble finding information regarding copyright regulations for images and data distributed through NASA websites.  I would like to include images from the ocean color website in my masters thesis as well as in information I will be distributing at teachers workshops and want to make sure that I'm not infringing on any copyrights.

With the exception of SeaWiFS data collected less than five years ago,
all of the data on our website (http://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/ ,
http://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/ , ftp://oceans.gsfc.nasa.gov/)
are in the public domain.

Use of SeaWiFS data and images that are less than five years old
for commercial purposes must be coordinated with GeoEye.
