Hi,
We have been using modisl1db to produce level1 and level2 data products. Occassionally the level1 MOD03 geolocation product has vertical stripes of missing geolocation. These vertical stripes appear only when there is are horizontal stripes of missing geolocation. Can you help me in resolving why I may be having these unexpected vertical stripes in the geolocation data.
I have uploaded some files on ftp://is.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/dropbox/vertstripes/ that you may find useful in helping me resolve this issue. Here is a description of the files on the ftpsite

Vanu, did you get a sollution for your problem? I'm trying to process some brazilian files and I'm getting this error too (MOD03 has vertical and horizontal gaps (value 999).

Is there a sollution for it?
