How do I register to post on this forum?

Due to an increase in the number of registration attempts by forum spammers, we have made
registrations to this form by email request only.

To register,  send an email to the forum administrator (see the webmaster link on the footer to this page...).

You must include the following information:

     Your Name
     Your Affiliation
     Your reason for wanting access

Once approved, you will receive an email from the forum with your login information.
