Hi,
I'm currently trying to upload SeaWiFs and Modis Aqua files into Seadas.
When attempting to load SeaWiFS Level 2 GAC files obtained from the SeaWiFS Browse utility the following error is generated in the Shell - Konsole: 'Input SeaWiFS file does not exist, please enter another one'.

When attempting to load Level-3 Standard Mapped Images (Chlorophyll (SeaWiFS)) e.g. S20041222004152.L3m_MO_CHLO[1], the following error is generated in the 'Please Select SeaWiFS File for Reading' window:
!!! Invalid File Name!!!

When attempting to load Modis-Aqua Level 2 product MYD28L2 the following error window is generated: Input MODIS file does not exist, please enter another one'.

I'm running Seadas on Red Hat Linux

Can you help?

Thanks

Claire,

I'm assuming that you have uncompressed the downloaded files first?
If so, how are you trying to load them?  With the interactive GUI's or
command-line, or by some script?  Do the files all have read permission?
The SMI filename looks strange with the "[1]" on the end of it, maybe
that is causing a problem.  Otherwise, I'm at a loss to explain your problem,
since these are all files that should load in perfectly.

Mark
