The area we concerned was divided into two different orbits ,so how to merge two L2 files in SeaDAS to get one L3 product.

I suppose you could try to bin them together, but that would average
them, instead of concatenating them. I don't know of any way to
concatenate or merge them. SeaDAS certainly does not offer any
special programs that perform any merging function.
