HI, i procces data from L0 to L2 in diferents resolutions., the problem is.. in the images have.. lines, horizontal lines.. so extranges.. here you can see.. http://www.udec.cl/~giseguel/imeges.png

please.. i now is something very little, but i can't find... S.O.S.

Hi,

The lines that you are seeing are caused by the MODIS bow-tie effect.
See Figure 2.13 in http://modis.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/atbd/atbd_mod28_v3.pdf
or put your browser in full-screen mode and have a look at
http://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/MODIS/BowTie/ .
Moving your mouse over the fields in the lower right
labeled "133rd scan line", "134th scan line", etc. will
show you how pixels from adjacent scans overlap.

You need to map the data to remove this artifact.

mmm.. maybe is in data manipulation>> map proyction.. in L2.. I'm try.. but the images is still with lines and also rotate.

but again

Yes, the Utilities->Data Manipulation->Map Projection is correct, but that should take out the lines, and it also should not rotate it, so maybe you are doing something different.
