Hi,
I am trying to download a set of data from the FTP site, through a xterminal window on my MAC. Everything is fine until I am to get the data from the ftp server. I type 'mget *' and I receive the following 'EPRT: Operation not permitted'.
What is wrong?

If the FAQ doesn't help, try typing
epsv
at the ftp prompt after you first log on our ftp site.
