I was runing the l2bin on a SeaWiFS dataset using SeaDAS in CentOS 5 (intel duo core) from the GUI and i obtained the following error:
sh: sdsbatch: command not found
Is this error related with the libX11 problem?
Thank you for your assistance.

I don't believe that has anything to do with libX11 problems. It sounds more like a path problem in your shell. Did you source the config/seadas.env file successfully before running this? Can you post the entire terminal output from the session from start to error?

I think there is some problem when I install SeaDAS in my computer. I have removed SeaDAS and installed it again and the same happens. I also found that some folders were not in the right place and the path, as you said had a problem.
I mannually placed the folders in the correct place and found that I need to write 'Path to Seadas/config/seadas.env' and only after start the program. When I do it everything works perfectly. All the functions I tried, were working without problems. It's not practical but it gets the job done. Thank you!
