Hi,
Thank you in advance! It's really took me a lot of time to study the Seadas all the way by myself and I really got stuck for a long time but asked for your help.Firstly I want to check is there anything wrong in my data processing?
I had installed the seadas6.4 on my linux system and just wanted to process the the area of Poyang Lake, namely the latitude is 28.3 to 29.8N and the longitude is between 115.7 and 116.8E with the method SWIR/NIR proposed by Wang(2007). Here is my processing procedure.
Firstly I directly downloaded the L0 file from the http://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl?sen=am website without any email and chose the Terra satellite with the data of 2002.08.20.Secondly I processed the L0 date from the seadas GUI and didn't change any default. Then I set the L1A_LAC as my input file and got the L1B file and finally I chose the chlor_a,CDOM,all bands of the Rrs and nLw as my output and switched the Aerosol mode option to 2-band model selection with NIR/SWIR,is there anything wrong in my processing? And the follow was my .par file

First I want you to help me to confirm was this the right way of data processing.Second I got confused when I displayed the L2 product, the district of lake was divided into pieces and how can I change them into a continuous body of water with color image? Any suggestion would be appreciated! Thank you very much!

Congratulations on getting this far - I can't help much, but I can suggest that next you need to learn about "l2bin" and "l3bin" to put your lake back together.  Good Luck!

Hi Valance,
I really appreciate your help!I had being back home for my summer vacation and not until today did I found your answer. It's really kind of you!I got confused by your suggestion,em,what I need is results of atmospheric correction with the method of SWIR/NIR provided by Wang(2007). Did that mean I should process the data to L3?
I had processed the data in another way.Because the L2 file I got was so large(1.8G) that Seadas couldn't display it, therefore, when I processed the L1B to L2 I used the process subset range with GEO LAT/LON of my study area. The follows is what I got.As you can see there are many area of -32767,and can you give me any more advice on how to process it to normal display?
