Problem with service connection

Since yesterday afternoon, I can not open http://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/. It returns HTTP Error Status: 502 Bad Gateway, Error Reason: Server unreachable

anybody know this problem? Thanks for help.

I got email that my IP address was blocked because of my aggressive request of data.
I should avoid parallel connection. I am sorry for my troubling.
Hope others can avoid this problem.
