Dear sir I'm using SEADAS 6.2 version and we incorporated the OCM2 module to process the OCM2 data and i have queries regarding the processing steps

...and what would those queries be?
Sir i want to know what are the algorithms seadas is using for l2 spatial binning and l3 temporal binning

Dear Sean,
Thank you for your reply. In the L2 binning process first we are selecting the input file/lis of input files, selecting the resolutioni.e.,1km,4km,9km... and selecting the products like Chlor_a,chl-oc2,Rrs,nLw... and a value it is asking, what is that value to be given and what does that value means? Can you please explain

Do you mean the start and end day entries? If so, these are the, well, start and end days.
The binner will honor the 'data-day' concept if you enter these, otherwise it will bin all
data from the files provided. The data-day option ensures that only data from the day (or
day range) will be binned - even if data from prior or subsequent days are provided or are
included in the files (files that cross the dateline, for example, will contain data from more
than one data-day).

Dear Sean,
Thank you for your reply and I'm ok with that but after selecting the input files and when selecting the product which ever we want to bin in that window itself its asking a value, can u please explain to me regarding that.
Dear all,
In the processed L2 product of chlorophyll-a of OCM2, when displaying the image the local min/max t is showing some 288 mgm3 and why it is showing very high values
Dear Sean,
I generated the L2 chlorophyll products by SeaDAS v6.2 and when displaying the l2products in the display window the local min/max and geo min/max it is showing fron Nan-228mg/m3 for Chlor_a product in Linear scale and log scale also .
can you please explain why it is showing so

I'm not sure what you're concern is.
If the chlorophyll algorithm returns 228 mg/m3, SeaDAS will display it.

Dear Sean
Which algorithms seadas is using for atmospheric correction
By @sean

By default, Gordon and Wang, multi-scattering with 2-band, RH-based model selection and iterative NIR correction
Thanq Sean,
One more query regarding the display options in Seadas v.6.2, I displayed the OCM-2 L2 product and rescaled it and then from FUNCTIONS i selected the Histogram but it is showing an error like
'The following error has encountered : LEGEND : incorrect number of arguments; please consult the supplier pf the application'.Can you please help me in this regard bcoz I'm fughting with that from two weeks.
And i want to know the statistics for the data of the products and is there any other option in Seadas to check out the statistics other than the HIstogram

If you can make an example file available, we can test it here an may be able o identify the problem.
As for generating statistics within SeaDAS, you could use the 'User Defined Function' feature and have access to the routines
provided with IDL. This is all that the Histogram function is doing.

Dear all,
In SMI generation I gave 8-day composited L3 product, but it is showing as invalid number of products. What is the solution for this? I'm using OCM-2 data.
Dear Sean,
I attached the L3 and L2 product of OCM-2 data.If possible please test it in your seadas for the histogram function and statistics generation

A gif image isn't sufficient. If you can provide the data file(s) you are having an issue with via FTP or a website somewhere, I may be able to replicate the error you are seeing.

In the future, please stat a new topic when there is a new subject.
If you wish anyone to be able to help, you'll need to provide more information than 'I got an error'.
