Hello,

There are some way to get new color tables for some parameters how pic (Particulate Inorganic Carbon) or poc (Particulate Organic Carbon)? This parameters come with the images that download of Modis but in SeaDAS I can´t make a good display of this image because there is not a color table for this parameters.

Antonio,

The pic and poc products we produce use the same color palette as the chlorophyll product, but are scaled differently.
You can add any color palette you wish,
or even use SeaDAS to create a custom palette.

The file format is a simple 3 column (R,G,B) ASCII file with 256 elements. See the palette files under $SEADAS/config/color_lut
for examples.
