Hi all,
I want to know how to calcuate Modis reflectance from radiance?

You need to divide by the solar radiance, integrated over each bandpass.

I recommend reading the MODIS Level 1B Product User's Guide, available at http://mcst.gsfc.nasa.gov/l1b/ .
