Hi,
While trying to create GEO file from MODIS Level1A data the following error message is appearing!

modis_GEO.csh: ERROR: Unable to determine start time from L1A file.

Can anyone point out the problem?

Without more of the error message, it's hard to tell.

It could be this problem:

You can replace the following files with the ones posted there: modis_atteph_utils.py, ProcUtils.py, modis_geocheck.py

I am not able to create GEO file while downloading Level 1A data from MODIS-Aqua with "Do extract my order for me" option
the following error message is appearing!

Hwoever, GEO file can be created while downloading the Level 1A data with "do not extract my order for me" option.

Can anyone figure out and let me know the problem.

Did you look at my earlier message?  You still haven't provided any more information.

Do this:
ncdump -h extracted_L1Afile > extracted_L1A.ncd
ncdump -h normal_L1Afile     > normal_L1A.ncd
modis_GEO.csh extracted_L1Afile > extracted.log
modis_GEO.csh normal_L1Afile     > normal.log

Post a new message, then use the "Attach" link under your message to upload all 4 of the files you just created (*.ncd *.log).
