When I go to my subscription manager and log in, I see all the subscriptions. I just added 2. They were sucessfully added and as expected, they stated "No files staged"

However, I noticed that all my many subscriptions now say "not ready" and "No files staged" and in the Last Stage Date, all say "No files staged" and Staged Last 24 Hrs, "NA".

When I ftp to oceans.gsfc.nasa.gov and examine my older subscription directories, there are staged files in the older subscription areas. Indeed, I d/l'ed data this morning.

Why does the subscription manager show this for all my subs, and when I click on the "ID" it comes back with a "Page updated: Mar 24 2011You are not authorized to do this"

i think the problems that you are experiencing are because we are currently working on the subscription_manager. it should be back up soon.
i'll send you another reply when the subscriptions are working properly again.
