I was trying to merge the chla product of Aqua MODIS and Terra MODIS. I need to compare the consistency between them,so I loaded both in SeaDAS 5.4, and got the scatterplot,but it is in decimal scale and displayed with a single specified color and no statistics(the first). Would anybody tell me how to get get scatter plot in logscale and with colored density legend like the secend?
