409 error when downloading

getting the following error when I try to download

--23:33:50-- http://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/getfile/MOD00.A2010258.1950_1.PDS.bz2
(try: 2) => `MOD00.A2010258.1950_1.PDS.bz2'
Connecting to oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov[169.154.128.84]:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 409 Conflict
23:33:52 ERROR 409: Conflict.

I try to download the file in my browser, and I get a website is too busy error (perhaps that is what a 409 error is)

Hi Chris,

I just tried and successfully downloaded the file in question.
Please make sure that you're not using any download accelerators
and then try your request again.

I'm unable to download files, from 3 different servers/networks. The download starts but doesnt finish. We dont have any accelerators.

Hi Chris,

Your 409 error message made me suspect an accelerator.
We are currently experiencing some network issues, however.
