I want to generate monthly sst,chlor_a, par production form daily production ,(i know i can get it from website,but i want to do it all by my self ).
Is there some algorithm that used to generate monthly,8-days production from daily's?
For example,there is always many days that have no data in an image.

First collect L2 data files for a certain period. Then use SeaDAS
L2BIN and L3BIN to perform spatially and temporally binning.

You can specify a finer resolution and flags/masks for the binning.
Pixels that have invalid values or have been masked/flagged will
not be binned during the L2BIN processing.

Hi Long,
Do we need to perform level 3 binning for every file? I am just doing like level 2 binning and bl3 map to make mapped version of that file. And I am using default flags. I processed almost 3 years data. Is it necessary to perform the level 3 binning? If yes then I need to reprocess the data again.
